Software License Agreement

IMPORTANT: Please read this Software License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using this application ("App"). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the developer regarding the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

Article 1 (License Grant)

  1. The developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
  2. All purchases, in-app purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and purchase restoration related to the App are handled in accordance with the terms and procedures established by Apple Inc.
  3. Except as expressly stated in this Agreement, no intellectual property rights in the App are transferred or licensed to you.

Article 2 (Restrictions)

  1. You may not sublicense, transfer, sell, distribute, lease, rent, or copy the App.
  2. You may not modify, adapt, translate, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  3. You may not remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices contained in the App.

Article 3 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in and to the App belong to the developer.

Article 4 (Support and Updates)

The developer is not obligated to provide maintenance, technical support, updates, upgrades, or bug fixes for the App. The developer may discontinue new sales of the App, in-app purchases, subscriptions, updates, or support as necessary. In such cases, the developer will provide notice, to the extent permitted by law, through the App, distribution page, or related webpage as appropriate.

Article 5 (Disclaimer of Warranties)

  1. The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
  2. The developer makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights of the App.
  3. Notification features may not function properly due to device settings, operating system limitations, or other external factors.
  4. Data stored within the App may be lost due to device malfunction, replacement, operating system updates, deletion of the App, or other circumstances.

Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The developer shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the developer.
  2. Even where the developer is liable, such liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to ordinary and direct damages actually incurred by the customer.

Article 7 (Third-Party Services)

The App does not integrate with third-party online services. The developer shall not be responsible for any third-party services accessed through your device or operating system, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the developer.

Article 8 (Term and Termination)

  1. This Agreement becomes effective when you begin using the App.
  2. If you violate any provision of this Agreement, the developer may terminate this Agreement without prior notice.
  3. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using and delete the App.

Article 9 (Severability)

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Article 10 (Amendments)

The developer may modify this Agreement as necessary. When this Agreement is modified, the developer will announce the modified content and effective date through the App, distribution page, or related webpage as appropriate. Changes that materially disadvantage the customer will be announced in advance within a reasonable period, to the extent permitted by law.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer’s principal place of business as the court of first instance.

Article 12 (Paid Features)

The App may provide certain features through in-app purchases, auto-renewable subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Active subscriptions will generally continue to provide access to the applicable features until the end of the current subscription period. After the subscription period ends, those features may no longer be available.
