Masahiro Shindo ("Developer") provides the application "NAGI" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how user information is handled in connection with the App.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information obtained or handled by the Developer in connection with the use of the App, including information stored on the user's device.

2. About the App

The App is intended to help users record and review infusion-related events, syringe exchanges, cannula exchanges, physical condition, and daily-life records for their own reference. The App is not a medical device and is not intended to provide diagnosis, treatment, medical judgment, medication or infusion instructions, or emergency response.

3. Information Handled by the App

The App mainly handles the following information:

Records entered by users, such as infusion start, pause, resume, extra dose, flow change, syringe exchange, cannula exchange, body lightness, dyskinesia, meals, exercise, sleep, toilet, other medications, other activities, and notes
In-app settings, such as notification settings, replacement rules, and display preferences
Information necessary to verify or restore in-app purchases
Usage information necessary to determine whether to show a review request prompt

4. How Information Is Obtained

The information above is obtained when users enter or configure it in the App, and is otherwise handled automatically on the device only to the extent necessary to provide the App’s functions.

5. Purposes of Use

The Developer uses the information described above for the following purposes:

To provide, maintain, and improve the core functions of the App
To save, display, organize, and summarize user records
To schedule and display local notifications
To provide in-app purchases, verify purchases, and restore purchases
To control review request prompts
To respond to bugs, user support requests, and Terms violations

6. Storage and External Transmission

Records and settings entered in the App are primarily stored locally on the user’s device. The Developer does not plan to transmit user-entered records to any external server controlled by the Developer.

However, Apple or iOS-provided mechanisms may be used to support in-app purchases, review prompts, notifications, and similar system functions.

7. Sharing with Third Parties

The Developer does not provide user information to third parties except where required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

At this time, the App does not use advertising services, external account integrations, or server-side sync services operated by the Developer.

9. Health-Related Information

The App may handle information that is sensitive to users, including physical condition, infusion status, medication, and daily-life records. Such information is generally stored on the user’s device and is not intended to be transmitted to an external server controlled by the Developer. Users are responsible for deciding what information to record and how to use the App.

10. Security

The Developer will make reasonable efforts to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of information handled by the App. However, the Developer is not responsible for issues outside reasonable control, such as device loss, unauthorized use of the device, or operating system and platform-related problems.

11. Children

If you are a minor, please use the App with consent from a parent or guardian where required.

12. Changes to This Policy

The Developer may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. Material changes will be announced through the App, its distribution page, or a related webpage as appropriate.
