Masahiro Shindo (the "Developer") provides the application "MorningSet" (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how user information is handled in connection with the App.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information obtained or handled by the Developer in connection with use of the App, including information stored on the user's device.

2. About the App

The App helps users prepare multiple alarms as morning routines according to plans such as commuting days, work-from-home days, and days off. The App manages alarms and routines created within the App, and does not manage alarms created in Apple’s Clock app.

3. Information Handled by the App

The App mainly handles the following information:

• Routine information created by users, such as names, icons, colors, and display order
• Alarm information created by users, such as time, title, enabled status, snooze settings, and alarm sound
• Custom sound files added by users and related management information
• In-app settings, display preferences, and information related to alarm or notification permission status
• Information about daily routine assignments and scheduled alarms set within the App
• Information necessary to verify or restore in-app purchases
• Usage information necessary to control review request prompts

4. How Information Is Obtained

The information above is obtained when users enter, select, import, or configure it in the App, and is otherwise handled automatically on the device only to the extent necessary to provide the App’s functions.

5. Purposes of Use

The Developer uses the information described above for the following purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and improve the core functions of the App
• To save, display, edit, and delete routines, alarms, custom sounds, and settings
• To schedule, update, stop, cancel, and otherwise provide alarm-related functions
• To provide in-app purchases, verify purchase status, and restore purchases
• To control review request prompts
• To respond to bugs, user inquiries, and violations of the Terms

6. Storage and External Transmission

Routines, alarms, settings, and custom sounds entered or added in the App are primarily stored locally on the user’s device. The Developer does not plan to transmit user-entered or user-added content to any external server controlled by the Developer.

However, Apple or iOS-provided mechanisms may be used to support in-app purchases, purchase restoration, review prompts, alarms, notifications, and similar system functions.

7. Sharing with Third Parties

The Developer does not provide user information to third parties except where required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

At this time, the App does not use advertising services, analytics tools, external account integrations, or server-side sync services operated by the Developer.

9. Custom Sounds

Custom sounds added by users are stored on the device for the purpose of using them as alarm sounds. Users must add only audio files that they have the right to use.

10. Security

The Developer will make reasonable efforts to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of information handled by the App. However, the Developer is not responsible for issues outside reasonable control, such as device loss, unauthorized use of the device, or operating system and platform-related problems.

11. Children

If you are a minor, please use the App with consent from a parent or guardian where required.

12. Changes to This Policy

The Developer may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. Material changes will be announced through the App, its distribution page, or a related webpage as appropriate.
